Online Gambling Banned in the U.S.

To all of you who were betting online I have some bad news, the U.S. Congress passed a law that banned all online gambling activities in the U.S. This raises many questions, such as: What if a person sitting on a computer in U.S. gambles through a Canadian online gambling site? Is that illegal? I am not sure if this law is specific enough to cover all aspects of online gambling.
